Monster Notebook Huma H4 V5.2 Freezing And Shutting Down Complaint

I purchased a Huma H4 V5.2 model FreeDOS computer. It shuts down constantly. Every time I call customer service, they make me do something for 20 seconds with combinations like the shutdown button, FN, and B/D. I experienced this problem in the first weeks after buying it. I only use office programs with my computer. I'm really tired of it constantly freezing and shutting down. There are about 8 months left of the warranty period. I want to return the computer. I'm fed up now. I am someone who works in the private sector and is trying to get a doctorate, and the fact that my computer constantly shuts down while I am typing makes me very stressed. Please process my refund. Or solve the problem for good.

I live in Adana. The technical service is located in Istanbul Kartal. We live in the age of technology, and I am someone who works with computers. Considering the shipping process and technical process, the PC will not be with me for at least 10 days, which is a very long period of time. In this regard, I want a way to resolve my issue in Adana within the day.
