Huma H4 V4.1 Laptop Multiple Issues and Unresolved Problems

I'm facing multiple issues with my Huma H4 V4.1 laptop from Monster Computer Technologies Products. Firstly, the laptop won't start without being plugged in. While it opens initially, launching any application causes it to automatically shut down. When I attempt to restart, it shuts down again before reaching the lock screen. Another concern is the unexpected screen lock, even when the automatic screen lock is disabled in Windows settings. Occasionally, the screen freezes, rendering the computer inaccessible for 10 to 20 minutes. Despite two visits to the technical service, a solution is yet to be provided.

My dissatisfaction with the Huma H4 V4.1 model extends to its problematic nature. A friend encountered the exact same issues, and the technical service not only failed to resolve the problem but also provided contradictory statements. During my first visit, they suggested a potential battery issue and promised a new one, but it's been approximately two months without any updates. On my subsequent visit, they acted as if the battery wasn't a problem, offering no information. I am unsatisfied with both the product and the technical service, and I am seeking a refund.

I followed the specified steps. I formatted the computer. I reset everything. However, the sudden shutdown issue continues. The previous evening, the laptop's charge was at 44% when I turned it off. The next morning, I turned on the laptop, and as soon as I accessed the internet, it shut down with a loud "click" sound. When I tried to turn it on again, it shut down with the same "click" sound before reaching the desktop.

Mr. Mert, during our phone conversation, you mentioned that if the issue persists, I should report it by writing a comment under the Complaint, and then you would contact me again. The issue is continuing in the same way, and I have noted this in the comments. However, no one has contacted me.

Last week, I got back the laptop that I had given to technical service for the 3rd time. This time, the motherboard was replaced. I told the staff at the Technical Service that there was a high chance of experiencing the same problem again and that I wanted to replace the laptop because of this. He told me that replacing the motherboard was equivalent to renewing the laptop. He also said that if the problem recurred in a few days, it could be switched to another model. Yesterday, I tried to start the laptop without the charging cable plugged in. The charge was at 32 percent. When I tried to access the internet, the laptop shut down again with a "click" sound. When I tried to turn it on again, as soon as the lock screen appeared, the laptop shut down again with a "click" sound. So, the problem continues exactly as before.
