My HP Victus 15-FA103NT 15 Laptop Resets Itself During Gaming

I purchased the HP Victus 15-FA103NT device from the Teknorya store on the HespiBurada website on 09/11/2023. Since the day of purchase, as a software engineer, it has been the first time a computer has caused me such frustration and anger. Despite the device never overheating, whenever I enter games, the computer restarts itself. The HP authorized personnel remotely connected to my device and conducted two hardware tests, claiming that there were no issues found during these tests. My question is, if there is no problem with the device, why does it suddenly restart itself when I enter games? I reported this issue to the Teknorya seller from the very first day of purchasing the device, but it seems they have been stalling me, probably to let the return period expire. Apart from the major issue of frequent restarts, another problem lies with the USB ports of the device, especially the ones on the left side. I cannot recall having struggled so much to plug in a USB on any other device. Please contact me tomorrow and provide the necessary shipping information so that I can send the device for service. It's a pity and unfortunate; I took out a loan to buy this computer, and currently, I'm unemployed, sitting at home with a faulty computer and a debt of ₺27,000.
