Unable to Access My Monopoly Game Account After Disconnecting

I encountered an issue with my Monopoly game account that I am unable to resolve. After disconnecting from the account via the "disconnect" option in the settings, I tried to log back in but couldn't find my original account. For the past two days, I have been unable to access my game.
I contacted customer support, and they requested my user ID. Unfortunately, the user ID was listed in the settings of the account I can no longer access. Without it, I cannot retrieve my account or continue my game.
I am deeply frustrated by this situation and need urgent assistance to recover my account. Monopoly should have better recovery options for users. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
