Money Pay Suspended My Account Despite a Confirmed Deposit

Money Pay, the digital payment platform, just randomly froze my account even though I got 5,000 TL from Yapı Kredi Bank on June 5th, 2023. No idea why. this suspension is unreasonable and let alone illegal. Nothing untoward was going on, I acted according to all of their rules and regulations, what is this now? Also, what'll happen to my deposit?? As far as I know, the transaction went down just as it was supposed to. I did what I was supposed to do and made sure I gave all the right info. But even though I did everything right, my account got suspended and now I can't get to my money or do anything with it. this just came out of nowhere and it's got me feeling stranded yet I know it's on those guys.
