My MoneyPay Account Has Been Suspended Unfairly
Hello, I have been using the MoneyPay app for months and regularly make my Migros purchases by uploading funds to the MoneyPay wallet. Recently, I noticed that MoneyPay silver could be purchased, so I loaded ₺25000 into my account on Saturday. I checked the exchange rates and planned to make the purchase on Monday. However, when I tried to log in to my account, I saw that it had been suspended due to suspicious transactions. I have always used my account responsibly and within the platform's guidelines, so this suspension feels unjustified. I have been a user for months, and I am confused about how loading money once could be considered suspicious. Could you please assist me and help reopen my account?

Hello. I have been using the MoneyPay app for months. I make my Migros purchases by loading money into the MoneyPay wallet. This morning, I loaded money into my account and bought silver. I have been doing this for over a month now. Last month, when I did it, my account was suspended due to a suspicious transaction, and you reopened it 2 days after I wrote here. Today, I did the same transaction again, and my account was suspended again. Will my account be suspended every month when I do the same transaction? Can you open my account?
