Suspended MoneyPay Account Leaves Me Unable to Access My Funds
I transferred money to my own MoneyPay account, and now my account has been suspended due to "risk," pending review by the risk and compliance team. I fail to understand how transferring money from one account in my name to another poses any risk. No other payment wallet in Turkey has such an issue, yet I cannot access my own funds. With inflation and high interest rates, I am losing money every day. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court for the financial losses I have incurred. I strongly advise against using this wallet, and I will certainly not use it again.
