Even though I'm in a tourist area in Antalya, when I go to a MoneyGram branch, they tell me they have no foreign currency available. Banks say their systems are down. Whenever the currency exchange rate rises, all of them suddenly stop processing payments, and I can't withdraw the money sent to me. I called the customer service center and waited for half an hour, only to have the call disconnected. This happens repeatedly, and I receive no notifications about my complaint.
