MoneyGram Transaction Failure Unresolved
I visited the bank twice today, once in the morning and again in the afternoon, to complete a MoneyGram transaction. I was informed about a system error and was directed to the PTT. Unfortunately, the PTT didn't have any Euros available. I gave them the reference code and filled out the form. Once the signature is complete, everything should be sorted out, right? I'm still confused about why I couldn't receive the money. I've never come across a problem like this before.
