My Credit Score in Mobile Legends Keeps Dropping Unfairly Despite Playing Properly

For the past month, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue in Mobile Legends where my credit score is being unfairly reduced after matches. Even though I perform better than many of my teammates and consistently fulfill my roaming role responsibilities, I still end up being reported almost every game. As a result, my credit points keep dropping for no valid reason. My in-game username and ID are: 496256418 (server 4221).

I have already reached out to customer support several times regarding this matter, but the responses I receive are always generic and repetitive, offering no real solution. This situation has become very demotivating, especially since playing as a roamer already makes it harder to accumulate points compared to other roles. Losing points unfairly makes the experience even more frustrating.

I am requesting that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the wrongful credit score deductions be corrected. I expect a fair evaluation of my gameplay and a system improvement that protects players who are playing their roles properly from being punished by unjust reports. Mobile Legends must ensure that dedicated players are not penalized unfairly.
