Unjust Credit Drops and Accusations in Mobile Legends

My credit score in Mobile Legends dropped from 110 to 95, then to 90, and now it’s at 83. Each time, I accepted the situation and kept playing. However, other players continue to report me for "poor gameplay," which feels completely unfair.
I contacted customer service, but they claimed that "MLBB confirmed your fault," without providing any concrete evidence or support. This is extremely frustrating, as I feel unfairly targeted and penalized for simply playing the game.
This system unfairly punishes players without proper investigation, which is disheartening for loyal users. I demand a review of my credit drops and a fair resolution. Mobile Legends must address this flawed reporting system to prevent unjust penalties.
