Mobile Legends Starlight Membership Not Activated After Spending 500 Diamonds!
I opened all 50 Starlight chests in Mobile Legends Bang Bang and received a Starlight Membership Card. Before reaching 50 chests, I also got a Premium Starlight Membership Card. Since I needed diamonds, I continued to open all 50 chests, expecting my Premium Starlight Membership to be activated. However, after spending 500 diamonds, my membership was never activated.
This is extremely frustrating! I could have activated it for 450 diamonds, but due to my inexperience, I ended up spending more than necessary. I have attached screenshots showing my account details and the issue. How do I fix this? I expect immediate support from Mobile Legends to either activate my Premium Starlight Membership or refund my diamonds!
I contacted the GM in the game and they resolved the issue. Actually, it wasn't even a problem; the duration was extended and it automatically opened as Premium the next month.
