Mobile Legends Star Membership Card Used Incorrectly

In January 2025, my Mobile Legends Star Membership was already active, yet I mistakenly used an additional Star Membership card, causing it to go to waste. This was an accidental activation, and now my money has been completely wasted for nothing.

I am requesting a refund or a way to restore the unused Star Membership card. It makes no sense that the system allows an active membership to be overwritten without any warning or confirmation.

MLBB support must take this issue seriously. I have lost money for something I cannot even use, and I expect a resolution as soon as possible. Please address this immediately!
