Mobile Legends Ignored My Request to Recover Lost Account After Years of Play

I haven’t logged into my Mobile Legends account with the username “metinemre” for quite some time, and now that I’m trying to access it again, I can’t log in. I don’t remember which Gmail account I used to register, but it might be “m*********@gmail.com.”** I may have also linked my account to Facebook, but I’ve lost access to that Facebook account as well.

I created my account about 3–4 years ago on an Android phone. I made several in-game purchases over time, but I can’t recall which payment method or channel I used. My in-game username is “metinemre,” but when I try to log in now, the game asks for my account ID — a detail I no longer remember.

I tried using the “Forgot Password” option but wasn’t able to recover my account. So far, I haven’t been able to contact Mobile Legends customer service for help either.
