Mobile Legends Account Verification Code Not Sent to My Email

On August 16, 2024, I switched from my main Mobile Legends account to another account. When I tried to switch back to my main account, I encountered a message saying, "A code has been sent to your email, please enter the code." However, when I checked my email, there was no code. Previously, I would receive the code without any issues when switching between accounts, but now it’s not arriving in my inbox.
I haven’t been able to access my game account for 2 days. My friends aren’t experiencing this issue; they receive verification codes in their emails without any problems. However, the code simply isn't showing up in my inbox for my account. I kindly request that this issue be resolved so I can access my account again.
