Unable to Access Mobile Legends Account Due to Missing Verification Code

On August 6, 2024, I switched from my main account to a different account. When I tried to return to my main account, I received a prompt saying, "A code has been sent to your email, please enter the code." However, when I checked my email, no code was received. Previously, I had no issues receiving verification codes when switching between accounts, but now, despite several attempts, no code has been sent to my email.
I've been playing this game for seven years, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. For the past two days, I've been unable to access my game account. My friends aren't experiencing this problem, and they are receiving their verification codes without any issues. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
