MLBB Ban Still Active on iPhone 16 Pro Despite Device Reset and ID Change

Hello everyone, I was banned from Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) while using my iPhone 15 Pro. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro, and even though my device ID has changed, the ban still appears when I download and open the game.

I have tried everything—watched countless videos, reset my phone completely, and followed all the advice I could find online, but nothing has worked. This issue is extremely frustrating as I have exhausted all solutions, yet the ban persists.

I urgently need help to resolve this issue. If anyone has a reliable solution or workaround, please let me know. I also request MLBB support to address this matter and assist in lifting the ban.
