Mobile Legends Bang Bang Ignoring MS Issues, Game Unplayable Due to High Lag

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends Bang Bang for years, but for the past two years, it’s been frustratingly unplayable due to constant MS (latency) problems. Customer support is useless, seemingly run by bots. Everyone in-game is complaining about the same issue, and instead of fixing it, they keep giving excuses. First, they blamed my network provider, so I switched providers. Then, they said it was my phone, so I upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Next, they blamed my location, even though my connection is fine, so I even moved homes. The excuses never end. I run speed tests showing 492 Mbps and 9 ms ping, but in the game, my latency is between 280-400 MS. It’s clear this is a software issue since everyone in the game is facing the same lag. Instead of releasing 50 new skins a month, focus on fixing these MS issues! The game is becoming unplayable, and it’s ruining the experience for everyone.
