I'm fed up with constantly receiving chat bans in Mobile Legends for no clear reason. I’m not being toxic, offensive, or breaking any community rules—yet I find myself banned from chat over and over again. I want to know why I'm being penalized. What exactly did I write that triggered this? There’s zero transparency, and the lack of support is incredibly frustrating.

Other players write far worse things in matches and never seem to face any consequences, yet I get muted regularly without explanation. Is there even a review process for these bans, or is it completely automated? How am I supposed to enjoy the game or play as part of a team if I’m constantly silenced for no reason?
