I Can’t Remove Gift Ranking in Mobile Legends and Keep Getting Harassed

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends for a long time and have invested a lot of time and effort into my account. However, there’s a major privacy issue that’s making me seriously consider deleting the game. Despite adding certain users to my blacklist, they are still able to find me and harass me through the gift ranking system.

There is no option to delete or hide my gift ranking history, and this is causing me continuous and unwanted disturbances. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution, but the game does not provide any way to manage or remove this feature. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to get help—customer service is unresponsive, and no support channel has addressed my concerns.

I am requesting that Moonton allow users to either hide or remove the gift leaderboard from their profiles entirely. If this issue isn’t fixed, I will be forced to quit the game despite the time I’ve invested. Please fix this and respect players’ privacy. We need proper control over who can contact or find us within the game.
