I am absolutely furious with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang! My account has been blocked from playing ranked matches simply because I left a game two days ago. I didn't abandon that match intentionally; there was an urgent family matter that required my immediate attention. Now, for two days, even though I've tried to raise my credit score, the problem persists, and I still can't enter ranked play.
This is completely unacceptable. Life happens, and to be punished so severely for an unavoidable, one-time incident is incredibly unfair. I've invested my time and effort into this game, and being locked out of core features like ranked matches is infuriating.
