I Can’t Access Mobile Legends Homepage After Bug—Hundreds of Skins at Risk


My Mobile Legends game suddenly glitched and won’t let me access the homepage. I’ve exited and restarted the app multiple times, but nothing changes—it’s stuck in this frozen state. The issue started right after I entered the Creation Camp and attempted to join a test mode. Since then, I’ve been completely locked out.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially because I’ve invested a lot of time and money into my account. I have at least 300–350 skins saved in there, and now I can’t even access them.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but there’s no response. How can a major game offer no help when players face critical account issues like this?
