Today, I registered and played on the website https://mobilbahis.***/home, and I believe I have been scammed. I made three deposits using my Revolut card, and all of these transactions were completed.
After my third deposit, when I tried to withdraw my money, they refused to process the withdrawal and instead demanded additional payments. First, I deposited $69.12. Then I made another deposit of $93.53, which they claimed was required for account verification. After that, I made a third deposit of $73.53, which they said was for wallet verification.
Only after this third payment did their support inform me that I must deposit an additional $365 to reach “Copper VIP status” in order to withdraw my funds. They claimed this was “standard procedure” and promised that after depositing this amount, my withdrawal would be processed immediately with no further payments required.
So far, I have not received any withdrawal at all. Instead, they continue to ask for more deposits under different excuses. All three deposits have been taken from my Revolut card, and I have lost this money without receiving any payout.
I have not yet contacted Revolut because I am unsure how to dispute these completed transactions. With this complaint, I request that my case be taken seriously and that this casino be investigated as a potential scam. I ask that my deposited funds be refunded and that the casino be required either to process my withdrawal and winnings or return all amounts I have paid.
I also request that the relevant authorities and platforms review this site’s practices, as they appear to mislead users by blocking withdrawals and repeatedly demanding additional deposits.
