On March 19 at approximately 6:36 PM, I deposited $153 into my Mobilbahis account via bank transfer from my Enpara account. During the transfer, the description field—which is normally left blank for this type of transaction—was left empty as usual.
However, even after four days, the amount has still not been credited to my Mobilbahis account.
Since the balance did not appear, I have been trying to contact Mobilbahis customer support for the past four days via live chat and email. They requested my bank statement and account activity, and I provided all the requested documents in full. Despite this, the funds have neither been credited to my Mobilbahis account nor refunded to my bank account, and there is no record of any refund transaction on my bank side.
I request that the $153 be either fully refunded to my Enpara bank account without further delay or correctly credited to my Mobilbahis account balance as soon as possible.
