Mister Car Wash Scratched My Car & Blamed Me
On March 25th, I brought my vehicle to Mister Car Wash. Upon inspection, I observed numerous scratches running along the driver's side. I promptly expressed my dissatisfaction at the booth, and they promptly documented the situation by taking photos and completing a form. Two days later, they contacted me to inform me that they had reviewed the camera footage and insisted that the scratches had already been present prior to my arrival. How were they able to see past the grime on my car? It's clear that this is not true, evident from the customer reviews on their social media accounts. I've decided to terminate my membership and have no intention of coming back.
