I ended up with mud all over my new Toyota SUV after taking it on an outdoor outing with friends last weekend. The following day, I brought it to Mister Car Wash to have it washed, as my membership makes me a regular client there. On this occasion, though, I was really let down since the muck from the wheels and underneath the back bumper remained. I requested the attendant to wash it again after pointing out the unclean places, but he said I would have to pay more that day. This made no sense whatsoever. After I went to the supervisor with the details of the situation, she reiterated them. My membership was terminated because I was enraged. Nevertheless, they have failed to cancel it after three days. I refuse to waste my money on your firm anymore because I am so unhappy with the service.
