Can a well-known brand like Missha really stay afloat without resorting to selling expired products? It's pretty odd for a popular brand to ignore this. The first time I raised an issue, they apologized and gave me a refund. But going through the same thing again just makes me feel like I'm being made fun of. If your product has gone bad, just dispose of it and avoid trying to trick customers.

Now, I will avoid your products and spread the word about my experiences to others. The product's price is fine, but my negative feelings towards your brand have completely put me off.
