Miravia Confirmed My Order But Did Not Deliver or Respond to Support Requests

I placed an order on Miravia on January 13 for a total of €73 and received an immediate confirmation that it would be shipped. However, just five minutes later, I received an email informing me that the product was out of stock. I had no option to cancel or get my money back. They are selling products that they actually do not have in stock. I tried to contact them via email and phone, but I received no response. I will report this to my credit card company to request proof that the order will not be delivered. After this unpleasant experience, I definitely do not recommend anyone to buy from here.
