Thinking I was obtaining decent quality, I paid €80 for two reclinable beach chairs from Miravia, however after just a few usage both chairs have started to come apart. When I contacted the vendor, the indifferent response was: "out of warranty." But Miravia is supposed to have a three-year warranty on things like these? How then is that even feasible? I attempted getting in touch with their customer service, but as I speak only English, I cannot receive any assistance. English is not supported, hence when I called their hotline, the agent merely told they couldn't help me since they did not speak English. Given the abundance of English-speaking citizens and visitors to Spain, one would expect some sort of English-language support. This has really annoyed me greatly.
