Miravia Marked My Payment as Processed But Never Transferred It to My Account

Selling on Miravia has been absolutely horrible. Though it has never shown up in our bank account, we have €950 outstanding reported as "processed" on their system. If you can even call it that, every effort to fix this has been greeted with unresponsive customer care. The so-called support team echoes the same scripted apologies and false pledges without providing any actual fixes. Daily follow-up sessions for weeks have produced only frustration. Worse even is the obvious dishonesty—actions promised never to come to pass. They seem to stifle on purpose until you give up hope for ever recovering your money. Selling here has been a costly error from which I regret handing Miravia control of my company.
