Minichat Banned Me Again After Payment — Unfair Suspension Complaint
While chatting on the Minichat app, I was banned even though I did not violate any rules. I had experienced a similar issue before, and in order to have my account reopened, I paid $10 via bank transfer from my phone. However, after my account (email: i*****@icloud.com**) was reactivated, it remained open for only a few days before being banned again on October 12, 2025, around 8:30 p.m., without any explanation.
I did not receive any warning or notice regarding the reason for the ban, and I have not contacted customer service yet. Since my account was banned again despite the payment I made, I am facing a recurring issue and unfair treatment.
I request that this situation be thoroughly reviewed, that my account be reinstated, and that my loss from the unjustified ban and payment be compensated.
