Banned on Minichat for No Reason — How to Get My Account Back

While using the Minichat app on my iPhone 11, I was suddenly banned about 10 minutes ago without any prior warning. I was simply using the app where only my face was visible, and I did not violate any community rules, yet my account access was blocked. The email address linked to my account is i*****@icloud.com**. After the ban, I did not receive any warning or error message within the app.

Since I was unable to find any support or contact channel, I am reaching out here. I request that my account be reviewed, the unjust ban be lifted, and my access restored as soon as possible.
