Minichat Banned Me for 700 Hours With No Reason — Appeal Request

Last night, even though I did not violate any rules, my Minichat account (user number: 326613279, email: c*********@gmail.com**) was banned for 700 hours with a “You are banned” message. This is the second time this has happened to me. Before the ban, I had only shared my Instagram handle; I did not do anything unusual beyond that.

No detailed explanation was provided for the ban, and I was unable to get any support through the app. I request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed again, that the reason be clearly stated, and that this unjust ban be lifted.
