Minichat Blocked Me With No Warning — How to Delete Account and Appeal Ban

My account registered with the email “s*******@gmail.com”** on the Minichat Chat application was banned yesterday. After the ban, when I tried to create a new account, I kept encountering the “unban request” screen, and I am unable to register a new account. I did not receive any warning or explanation regarding the reason for this ban, and I have not yet contacted customer service.

I request that my account be permanently deleted and that I be informed in detail about the reason for the ban.
