Minichat Banned My Account Without Violation — Refund & Reinstatement Request
On October 13, 2025, even though I was using the Minichat Standard package and did not violate any community rules, my account (username: E**. B******* **) was banned without any explanation. My face was clearly visible, I was fully dressed, and I followed all platform guidelines. Despite this, my account was blocked, and I lost access without warning.
This is not the first time this has happened — I have been unfairly banned several times before, even though I am certain I complied with the rules each time. I tried contacting customer service, but there was no response or available representative.
I request that my account be reinstated immediately and that I be given a detailed explanation for this repeated issue. Additionally, I have made multiple payments of ₺449 (approximately $10 each) by credit card for the Standard package, and I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience caused by this unfair treatment.
