Mindguru Life Unauthorized Charge Dispute After Card Security Cancellation

On December 30, 2025, I noticed that $25 was charged from my Yapı Kredi card under the name Mindguru. Life without my knowledge or permission. I have never provided any card information to this site and have never made any purchase or subscription with them, yet this amount was still attempted to be charged to my card.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank, and my digital card was canceled for security reasons. The bank informed me that the transaction is currently in pending authorization and that once it clears from the pending stage, I can open a dispute and must wait for that process.

I request that this unauthorized transaction made by Mindguru. Life be immediately canceled, and I also want an explanation of how my card information was used without my consent. In addition, I demand that the $25 charge be fully refunded without any deductions, and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent such unauthorized transactions from happening again.
