Mindguru Life Charged $20 Without Authorization

On October 14, 2026, a charge of approximately $20 was made to my Akbank Axess credit card by Mindguru. Life without my knowledge or authorization. I noticed the transaction while checking my card activity, even though I had never signed up for a membership or made a purchase from this company.

I do not accept being charged this amount when I have never applied for a membership or explicitly authorized any payment. I emailed the company requesting that any possible membership be canceled and the unauthorized transaction reversed, but I have not received a response so far.

I request a full refund of the approximately $20 charged to my credit card ending in 3953 as soon as possible, along with the cancellation of any memberships that may have been created using my name without my consent. I also request that the necessary investigation be conducted to prevent any further transactions from being made to my card without my explicit authorization and that I be informed of the outcome.
