I bought a Milwaukee 18m electric nut driver but it can’t loosen screws properly. I asked the dealer to exchange it for the high-torque model, even agreeing to pay the price difference, but they refused. This has left me very frustrated and my issue unresolved. It feels like their goal is to sell a new product before taking back the old one. Before buying, their service was great, but after the sale, no one cares. Considering the price, I believe there are better options available. Milwaukee and the dealer need to address this problem immediately and provide a proper solution.
