I bought a hazelnut and raisin Milka chocolate bar on September 15, 2023. While enjoying it, I was surprised to come across an extremely hard foreign object that resembled a shard, bone, or something that could potentially chip a tooth. My brother was fortunate not to have bitten into it, as it could have caused serious harm. It's disappointing that such a serious issue went unnoticed during the production of a product by a reputable company like Milka. Attention to detail and quality control should be prioritized, especially when it comes to items that may endanger consumer health. This incident is disappointing, and as a major corporation, Milka must maintain higher standards to ensure consumer safety and satisfaction.
