Firstly, I would like to explain what "Miele" means in this sector to the Turkish front of Miele, which very clearly fails to embrace Miele's philosophy. Now let us return back to the reality of Miele's Turkish front and make Carl Miele spin in his grave while doing so: 1) It sure does look like I have not made a "good decision", let alone "the decision of a lifetime", 2) The "tested" products did not hold up for ten years, let alone twenty, 3) "Miele customers around the world remain loyal to Miele and recommend Miele to others." I reckon Turkey is not a part of their concept of the world, And 4) "Looking to the future, we promise not to entertain any compromises when it comes to quality and durability!" I can confidently tell you that they did entertain some upon taking a quick glance at my dishwasher. We are talking about a company that has made over €5 BILLION in revenues. This is a company that offers PREMIUM service quality to its customers. I have trusted these statistics like many others, and decided to use their appliances in both of my houses and spent around ₺900,000 to do so. But alas, the result is disappointing. Upon examining the parts of my G6820 SCI dishwasher, I have detected rusted spots on one of the baskets (image no.5), which has left unremovable stains on the porcelain cups I use.

Upon further investigation, I have noticed that the rusting has occurred only on this moving compartment and along the Y axis. Additionally, this rusting has not affected all areas but appears at certain intervals. If you look at the third and fourth images I have provided, you will see that the rust has formed specifically in areas where the propeller sprayed pressurized water. This indicates that the material used on the lower part of this moving compartment is inadequate. After checking my other washing machine model G7731, a more modern dishwasher, I discovered that the company has addressed this issue in newer models by changing the design. What I am trying to say is that attempting to shift the blame onto me and calling this a user error is outrageous. In your response, you listed multiple factors to consider, such as the detergent used, the water quality, the arrangement of dishes, and the possibility of washing an already rusted dish. This response is clearly a generic and pre-arranged reply aimed at customers facing the same issue. You also claim that these responses are prepared after an examination by technical teams and experts, yet it seems these teams are not experts when it comes to rust. It is widely known that Miele adheres to ISO 9001 standards, and in accordance with this, the issue should be forwarded to Germany as a customer complaint, thoroughly analyzed by engineers and experts, and documented with an 8D report. A technical examination cannot be properly conducted by merely looking at images. I will wait for a response for one week in the hope of resolving the issue in a civil manner before taking further action. If no resolution is provided within this time, I will proceed with legal action and continue pursuing it until the issue is resolved. If it comes to that, I will also include complaints from other customers who have faced the same problem, should they wish to share their experiences with me.
