Midjurney.com Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

I subscribed to Midjurney.com for a one-month plan to complete a university project. Since my Troy card wasn’t accepted at checkout, I used my Visa card instead. They charged me $36 including VAT, which I paid willingly for that single month.
However, despite canceling my subscription before the end of the billing period, they charged me again on May 21, 2025, without sending any warning, confirmation email, or OTP. I never authorized this second payment, and I don’t understand how they can process a charge without my approval—especially after I had already canceled.
I’ve tried reaching out—called, emailed—but have received no response. I can’t even access the invoice for this unauthorized transaction. This is deeply frustrating and unfair, especially for someone like me, who is a student with limited resources, raised by a retired public servant father.
Midjurney, refund the charge immediately. You cannot continue billing users after they’ve canceled, especially without proper notice or consent. This is not just a technical issue—it’s a breach of trust and basic ethics.
