I Paid MidasBuy for UC but Still Haven’t Received It in My Game Account

On the MidasBuy website, I made a UC purchase around 02:26 last night and completed the payment as instructed. However, even now, the UC has not been credited to my game account. Instead, I’m receiving a message saying “Payment not completed,” which is completely false.

I have proof that I not only paid the full amount but even sent more than the required total to the IBAN number provided. Despite this, my account still shows no UC, and I haven’t received any follow-up or confirmation from MidasBuy.

This is unacceptable, especially for a platform trusted by so many players. I followed every step correctly and held up my end of the transaction—now I expect MidasBuy to do the same.

Please resolve this issue immediately and credit the missing UC to my account. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
