When Stocks Go Up, My Money at Midas Account Goes Down

Hello, When you log into the application, you will see two different profit-loss displays on the screen. The first display is the Total Asset Value at the top, and the second display is in the My Investments section, where the earnings are evaluated. My Total Assets include all the cash balance (in both dollars and TL) and investment products in the users' portfolio. Since this section includes positions that have been opened and closed, it may differ from the value seen in the My Investments section. The My Investments section shows the profit-loss performance of users' only open positions based on 'Daily Return,' 'Total Return,' 'Average Cost,' and 'Quantity' information. The 'Total Return' in this area reflects the profit/loss status of all open positions, while the 'Daily Return' shows the profit/loss status of the open positions within that trading day. For example, a position you closed today will not appear in the My Investments section because it is closed, but the daily profit/loss status from the stock you sold will be included in the profit-loss performance in the Total Assets area.
