I sent a substantial amount of money to my Midas account to purchase foreign currency during the day, only to find out that the system didn't allow me to buy any currency or withdraw the funds. Why? Apparently, the "Let my money earn interest" button was active! This button had been activated months ago for a measly 3 cents already in the account. They've essentially put a hold on my money, refusing to let me withdraw or make any currency exchanges. I intended to convert the money to dollars for investment in the American stock market. If that's the case, segregate the interest account from the non-interest account! I don't have the time to check every day at 3:00 PM for the button.
