Unauthorized Charges from Microsoft*Store
Unauthorized transactions on my Enpara credit card with the last four digits 4153 have occurred. Between August 27-28, 2023, a total of 12 transactions totaling 2,870.88 tl were debited from my card without my consent or any actual purchases, all of which originated from a location called Microsoft*store MS bill. IE information. My existing accounts have no billing or purchase history to explain these charges. I demand a prompt refund, full disclosure of the incident's cause, and access to all related invoices. I'd also like to know which Microsoft account was linked to the credit card information for the transactions. I contacted the bank, filed a complaint, and urgently requested that these unauthorized transactions be canceled and reimbursed.
