Do Not Shop From Micas
I placed my first order with Micas on June 28, 2026 for items totaling almost $200, to be delivered to Atlanta, United States. Since placing the order, I have not received any tracking number or carrier information, and I have no clear idea where my package is or when it is supposed to arrive. I contacted Micas customer service several times, but I keep receiving what appear to be repetitive AI-generated responses. The last message I received stated that my order is still within its time frame and that it is “almost” at my house, yet I was never given any approximate delivery date or verifiable tracking details to confirm this. This situation is very frustrating, especially as a first-time customer who has spent a significant amount of money. In this situation, I request that my order be cancelled and that I receive an immediate full refund, since Micas has failed to provide transparent shipment and tracking information within a reasonable time.
