MEXC Exchange Putting the Blame on Control Mechanism, MEXC Exchange Blocked My Money

Uid 84778885 I registered to the Mexc exchange about two weeks ago and entered futures transactions. When I wanted to withdraw my money yesterday, they told me that the control mechanism was stuck and that I should contact customer service, but customer service gives completely rote answers. I cannot withdraw my money. I sent a video to their e-mail. They said there will be a review for 30 days. Could such a grievance be possible? I request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible
