Particle Wallet Transfer to Mexc Not Reflecting

I moved money from my Particle wallet to my Mexc exchange account using MNT on the Mantle network. Although Particle Wallet indicates that the transfer was successful, the funds have not yet appeared in my Mexc account. I completed a form on the Mexc website to notify their support team about the problem and shared the specifics of the transfers I conducted. It's been 48 hours, and I'm still waiting for a reply. I continue to receive notifications throughout the day, yet there is still no update regarding my complaint.
