My Kuji Coin Disappeared from Mexc Exchange Account
I bought Kuji Coin, but I realized it was taken out of my account. It appears that the Mexc exchange has proven to be unreliable, resulting in significant financial losses for me. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and a reimbursement of the funds. I'm not sure if Kuji Coin has completely shut down or if it is still available on other exchanges. I encountered difficulties accessing my account after making a purchase. I would like to request a refund for the amount I paid.

You mentioned a transfer issue; the other channels are Ethereum network, MEXC transfer network, and LUNC are incompatible. Will it be returned to my account as another token?
