I am filing a complaint regarding MEXC crypto exchange. On March 15, 2025, at 02:00, I noticed an unreasonably high deduction from my active futures position. My short position had a total value of $1,726, but MEXC took an excessive amount from my balance.

Since I was trading from Romania, I am aware that fees are applied at 02:00, but this level of deduction is completely unjustified. I have traded on other major exchanges, including Binance, and I have never encountered such an issue.

I demand an immediate explanation and a refund of the excessive fees deducted from my account. MEXC must provide transparency regarding these charges and take action to fix this issue!
